Brian Pouchet

Mr. Pouchet is the Operations Manager for C.I.A. Investigations Limited and is also the General Manager of Delta Consultancy Services and Director of Caribbean Operations for National Defence & Recovery, a subsidiary of the Trident Group a global security-consulting consortium that employs a multi-dimensional approach to security solutions, law enforcement training and security performance measurement methods.

Mr Pouchet was a member of the Intelligence Unit of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force during the attempted coup in 1990 and was awarded the National Service Medal for service to Trinidad and Tobago during the period of national crisis in 1990. His training included physical and electronic surveillance, counter-surveillance, security advances, security plans, counter-terrorism, intelligence, terrorist methodology, threat recognition, I.E.D. recognition, threat and vulnerability assessments and weapons training. Brian has operational experience dealing with transnational criminal and terrorist organizations while operating in high threat environments. He has also supervised the planning and protection of high risk clients and assets. He is also certified in Remote Video Surveillance Installation and Operations.

Mr Pouchet graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a BSc. in Computer Science and has an Undergraduate Certificate in Terrorism Studies from the University of St. Andrews. Mr Pouchet routinely advises Caribbean and international law enforcement and government agencies on terrorism related issues and has also led the security department of the largest and most successful conglomerate in the Caribbean with fifty-four (54) subsidiaries in six (6) countries reducing their asset loss by 96% and instituted CCTV, access control and covert operations realizing approximately five million dollars recovered in stolen assets in four (4) years

As the Managing Director of Delta Consultancy Services and Director of Caribbean Operations for National Defence & Recovery, Mr Pouchet applies the knowledge, experience and lessons learned from over twenty years as a business and security consultant. Mr Pouchet is responsible for all operations of Delta Consultancy Services, National Defence & Recovery in the Caribbean and Central America and as well as CIA Investigations Co. Ltd. He also performs speciality training to security companies in the Caribbean.

Mr Pouchet is also a member of BECCA (Business Espionage Controls and Countermeasures Association), ASIS (The American Society for Industrial Security), and the International Import-Export Institute, International Member of APICS Resource Management and National Member of the Institute for Supply Management.
